200 gr basmatirijst
500 ml water
1/2 kl kurkuma
snuifje zout
1 el boter of olie
optioneel: snuifje garam masala of komijnzaad
optioneel: handje rozijntjes of wat erwtjes
optioneel: enkele draadjes saffraan, opgelost in 1 el warm water
optioneel: gebakken uitjes en amandelschaafsel om te serveren

Tip: vink af wat je al in huis hebt. Je vinkjes blijven bewaard op dit toestel.
